Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s Thanksgiving 2018 and we have SOOOOO much to be THANKFUL for!!!

Thanksgiving is a time of family, friends and reflecting on your surroundings and what you have.

To me Thanksgiving means the expression of grattitude in what God has blessed us with. At times, I know it can be hard to see the positive in things, but I’d like to give you a challenge.

I challenge you that when you see your friends and family today to just take a deep breathe, close your eyes and count to 15 and then listen immensly to your surroundings. Ponder on what you are hearing and focus on the positive sounds and reflect on all of the good that has happened over this 2018. After taking the time to reflect on your surroundings, I want you to pull out your phone and text the person who has helped you the most this 2018 and thank them for being them and that you appreciate everything they have done.

After taking this challenge, I can guarantee you’ll have a brighter outlook and will have a wonderful Thanksgiving this 2018!
