Positive Customer Reviews

There are a lot of things that go into a customer’s thought process as to whether or not to make a purchase from your company. But the most often example is when someone asks around about your product or service then they check online about your company. Then depending on what they find, leads to the purchase or not. So you need to know what is out on the web and how you can create a positive customer reviews and experience.

The fact of the matter is, your company’s best marketers and sales reps aren’t your employees – they’re your existing customers.

So, how do you get your customers to write the glowing reviews that help close deals? Here’s 3 Tips to help you gain more positive reviews!

1) Create different spaces to leave reviews.

Before potential customers even make it to your website to learn about your product, make sure they can learn about you no matter where they’re conducting online research about making a purchase. So Make sure you have some of the following (At least 2 of these have something for customers to review):

* Yelp

* Facebook

* Google

* Amazon

* Better Business Bureau

2. Ask Customers At The Start When They Are Most Likely To Review Your Product. Right From The Beginning.

Don’t email your customers to ask them to leave you a positive review on Yelp.

Instead, make sure your requests match up with the avenue where you want your customer to write a review right from the beginning.

3. Respond to every review — even negative ones.

The fact of the matter is that nobody is perfect, and mistakes happen that often in times result in a customer leaving a negative review on your website, on Facebook, or on Yelp.

It is Important to respond.

When you get a one-star review, though, make sure to take the time to respond thoughtfully, without being defensive, to come to a resolution.

It’s the right thing to do if you work in customer service, and it could actually help your business in the long run.
